Terms of Service
Effective Date: March 2026
1. Nature of the B2B Partnership
WhiteLabel Nexus provides specialized website development, responsive frontend engineering, WordPress development, and technical fulfillment exclusively to agency partners (e.g. digital marketing, web design, SEO, and branding firms). Our engagements are strictly business-to-business (B2B). We do not contract with direct consumers or retail end clients.
2. Scope, Estimates & Change Orders
All custom project estimates are provided based on the design assets, sitemaps, and functional specifications agreed upon during the briefing phase. Any subsequent additions or alterations to design files or feature lists will be scoped as a change order with transparent timeline and cost adjustments prior to implementation.
3. Non-Disclosure & Confidential Agency Protection
WhiteLabel Nexus operates under strict confidential agency standards. We will never publicly claim an agency’s client deliverables without explicit, written consent. We will never solicit or contract directly with an agency partner’s clients.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of final project payment, full ownership and intellectual property rights to the custom code, templates, and configurations developed specifically for that project are transferred entirely to the agency partner.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the commercial laws of India, with mutual provisions for international arbitration and standard cross-border B2B contract enforcement.
